We have an opening for an IT sales representative to join our sales team. This vital position is part of the spearhead of our organization. You’ll be helping to expand our client base and push our ever-expanding portfolio of IT managed services.
An ideal candidate for the IT sales representative position:
- Is a closer
- Has a proven track record of generating sales
- Is accustomed to earnings commensurate with their skill, effort, and results
- Has IT experience
- Possesses the fire and desire to be the best
IT sales representatives define client needs through thorough product knowledge, and they work closely with sales engineers to architect the optimal solutions for our clients.
Primary job duties include:
- Identifying, forecasting and attaining sales objectives by providing technology-based solutions.
- Prospecting, qualifying and closing sales
- Overall relationship management and the ability to coordinate required resources to respond to complex IT requirements is a necessity
Other requirements include:
- Ongoing training and manufacturer certifications
- Developing and maintaining relationships with client and vendor contacts
- Preparing and presenting detailed quotes and proposals
