InCare Technologies Expands Into Tennessee Market, Acquires Memphis-Based Managed Service Providers 

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – July 1, 2019 – InCare Technologies announced it has purchased a Managed Service Provider, Memphis IT Solutions. The business will operate under the InCare brand. The founders of the business will continue, and have become shareholders in InCare as part of InCare’s regional growth strategy. InCare will acquire the provider’s team, assets, and customer contracts. 

Memphis IT Solutions, founded in 2004, strongly believes the strategic use of technology will empower its clients to take their business to the next level. Driven by client satisfaction and success, the team provides full-service technology solutions such as cloud computing, managed services, and email protection.
