2019 was certainly a momentous year for InCare Technologies.

An expansion into the Memphis, Tenn., market. Acquisitions of some well-established managed service providers. A boost to the team and specializations. New products and services, and ISO 9001:2015 certification for the Birmingham Headquarters.

And now, CRN is recognizing InCare’s 2019 breakout performance by naming it to the Elite 150 in its annual MSP 500 ranking.

This highly regarded list identifies North American managed service providers that deliver operational efficiencies, IT system improvements, and a higher rate of ROI for their customers. These experienced MSPs help guide their customers through the increasingly complex – and oftentimes treacherous – technological landscape.

“MSPs are the critical bridge for customers looking to assess, implement and migrate their IT and cloud solutions to drive efficiencies, lower costs and secure your environment,” said Bob Skelley, CEO of The Channel Company. “On behalf of our team at The Channel Company, I want to congratulate the accomplished companies on CRN’s 2020 MSP 500 list and thank them for their commitment to finding innovative solutions that move the IT channel forward.”

This annual list is divided into three categories: the MSP Pioneer 250 who are focused primarily on the SMB market; the MSP Elite 150, large data center-focused on- and off-premises; and the Managed Security 100 made up of off-premises-focused, cloud-based IT security services.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be recognized as an Elite 150 MSP,” said Brian Walker, CEO of InCare. “The team went into overdrive in 2019. Everyone worked in concert to achieve the goals we had laid out before the year began. The planning, preparation, and the ensuing hard work shows in the results.”

“New products, new team members, a tightening focus on security, and a refining of processes and how we work together has set the stage for us to push even further in 2020,” said Aaron Allen, Director of Technical Services at InCare. “We look forward to helping our clients overcome their technological challenges and achieve greater results – more efficiently than ever.”

The MSP500 list will be featured in the February 2020 issue of CRN and online at crn.com/msp500.
